Publishing to the Rollnook community means:
- Your set is shared free of charge and marked as not official. You keep ownership of the content you create.
- You confirm that you created the content or have the rights needed to share it and grant the permission below. This includes images, sounds, text and other assets. Being free or unofficial does not replace those rights.
- You grant Warp Valley Inc., the operator of Rollnook, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, display and distribute your published set through Rollnook, and make technical changes needed to deliver it, such as image resizing. This permission is limited to operating Rollnook and letting people install and use your set. It does not transfer ownership or authorize selling your content.
- You may name a game in plain text only as needed to truthfully identify compatibility, where the law permits it. Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or official status. Do not upload official logos, artwork, recordings or copied rulebook text without permission from the rights holder. A compatibility notice is not permission to copy protected content.
- No offensive, hateful or unlawful content.
- Every new set and update is reviewed before public listing. We may request evidence of rights, reject, hide or withdraw content after a report, a rights holder's request or a moderation decision. Contact info@joinrollnook.app about rights concerns, identifying the set and the content in question.
- Publishing shares a copy. Your personal set stays yours, and nothing here reaches it.
- If you withdraw your set, it stops being listed and people who installed it keep their copies. Permission continues only as needed to support those existing copies and any records we must retain by law.
- If we withdraw it after a report, a rights holder's request or a moderation decision, installed copies stop working and their contents are removed. That is the only case where a removal reaches somebody else's device.
- You accept the version shown when submitting a new set or update. We record that version and the submission time. Later changes do not count as an acceptance on your behalf.
